Intraday Share Tips and Calls for July 27, 2010 (27/07/2010): Buy Bharti Airtel
On the Daily Charts of BHARTIARTL has been rising continuously since last three trading sessions, after breaking its important resistance of 311.
The 50-Days SMA (Simple Moving Average) and 20-Days EMA (Exponential Moving Average) are quoting at 293.68 and 275.60, respectively. 14-Days RSI (Relative Strength Index) has strengthened and is quoting at 74.82 on the Charts (RSI below 50 indicates weakness or confirms the Selling signal).
The Positive Directional Index (38.14) is still below the Negative Directional Index (10.90), ADX (Average Directional Index) has gained strength and is quoting at 32.25 on the Daily Charts. ADX’s value above 20 and near 40 indicates that the underlying trend is strengthening.
Hence, it is recommended to buy BHARTIARTL at the levels of 321-322 for the Targets of 332 & 335, with the strict Stop Loss of 315.
