Stock Market Tips for 27th July, 2010 (27-07-2010): Sell AuroPharma
On the Daily Charts, AUROPHARMA is continuously falling since last two trading sessions. Today, the stock breached its 20-Days EMA (Exponential Moving Average) 940.44, by making a low of 918.15 for the day with a spurt in volume.
Stock’s 50-Days SMA (Simple Moving Average) is quoting at 886.33. 14-Days RSI (Relative Strength Index) has weakened on the Intraday Charts and is quoting at 49.19 on the Daily charts (RSI below 50 indicates weakness or confirms the Selling signal).
The Negative Directional Index (23.77) is above the Positive Directional Index (22.57), however ADX (Average Directional Index) has gained strength on the Intraday Charts and is quoting at 29.92 on the daily charts. ADX’s value above 20 and near 40 indicates that the underlying trend is strengthening.
Hence, it is recommended to sell AUROPHARMA only if it trades below 917 for the Targets of 905 & 897, with the strict Stop Loss of 931.
